My favorite brand is Trader Joe's creamy peanut butter because the added palm oil is sustainable. A peanut butter cookie is stuffed with caramel, M&Ms, white chocolate chips, and salty pretzels! I couldn't just stop there, of course, because peanut butter should always be involved when we're talkin' M&M cookies. I didn't have chocolate chips, but I diiiid have white chocolate chips…so, why not?

These soft and chewy peanut butter cookies, with that classic crosshatch pattern on top, are the perfect healthier treat to have on hand during the week. I believe that these peanut butter cookies are the first baked cookie recipe on my blog! This post is sponsored by Pampered Chef, whose baking products I have used and loved for years. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. In the bowl of your electric stand mixer, fitted with the paddle attachment (or with a hand mixer), beat the butter until smooth.
