  2. Prepare 16 oz of Cream cheese.
  3. It's 4 cup of Mild cheddar cheese.
  4. Prepare 24 slice of Bacon.
  5. You need 1 1/2 cup of Preserves (Flavor optional).

Bacon Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers step by step

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Slice jalapeños in half and remove seeds..
  3. Mix cheddar and cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl.
  4. Slice bacon in half.
  5. Fill jalapeños with cheese mixture.
  6. Wrap jalapeño with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  7. Place on a foil covered bacon sheet and bake in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
