- Take 250 grams of chicken breast piece or portions from the thigh and cut into strips. Wash it well and add 1 tablespoon corn flour to it and mix well. Add half cup olive oil to a nonstick pan add add the chicken pieces. Add 2 teaspoons of ginger garlic paste and mix well. Cook for sometime (5 minutes) covered in low flame. Add 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce and mix well. Add chopped spring onions and cook for 5 minutes or till the chicken gets tender..
