- In a bowl add besan, suji and all spices and mix well..
- Add 1 tsp oil also in it..
- With the help of very little water approximately 2 tbsp make a smooth paste..

- Now take a non-stick tawa or pan, put 1/2 tsp oil..
- Pour the batter slowly and with the help of ladder spread it in round shape and make a small pancake..
- Cover and roast from both sides..
- Flip the side and roast the chilla from other side as well until it gets a little brown in color..
